At the salon your pet will receive a free consultation & basic health check. Grooming services are then individually tailored to your pet’s requirements.
We are happy to offer advice on future grooming requirements and how to maintain your pet’s coat between visits.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We understand that customers sometimes need to change/cancel appointments; however, we do ask that customers give us 24 hours’ notice. This consideration is greatly appreciated and valuable to us as it allows time to book another customer in. Same day cancellations or missed appointments will incur a charge of £15.
